As a widely recognised Expert in the fields of Incentive and Loyalty Marketing, Channel Marketing and Field Marketing Solutions, Darren is responsible for the Strategic and Opertional Growth of Avanza, through Client Engagements. Darren adopts a very 'hands on' approach in Designing, Developing and Implmenting Client Solutions.

Darren is an English citizen who has been living in Malaysia for the last Ten years.

Prior to joining Avanza, Darren worked as an international consultant in the areas of Business Management
and Process Improvement. Darren’s experience includes engagements with Clients in the automotive,
engineering, electricity, manufacturing, transport , telecommunications, and water industries.

Darren has a Bachelor Of Arts in Business Studies (B.A.) from the Cheltenham and Gloucester College of
Higher Education.

Darren joined Avanza in 2002 and through a Management Buy-Out, took complete control of the Malaysian Company in 2004.
